Food & Wine Classic in Southern Oregon
          The 2nd Annual Food & Wine Classic will be held Friday through Sunday, November 14th - 16th, 2008. We invite you to sip, sample and celebrate Southern Oregon's bounty in Ashland.

The Chef Showdown excitement starts Saturday at the Historic Ashland Armory with eight local chefs competing using local ingredients. In sets of four, round one will be from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm and round two from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Sunday will be the big day with the final four Chefs competing from 11:30 am -1:30 pm and the FINAL TWO competing from 2:30 am - 4:30 pm.
